Reference numeral 1 denotes a thin tape recorder case, and the case 1 has a flat upper surface and is formed on a mounting portion 1a of a telephone 2.

One end of the case 1 slightly protrudes in front of the telephone 2, and the operation buttons 6 of the tape recorder main body, the cassette loading chamber T, and the recording microphone 8 are arranged in this protrusion, respectively.

Further, the other end of the case 1 is formed with an upright portion 1b against which the rear end surface of the telephone 2 comes into contact.

This standing portion 1b has a built-in telephone pink amplifier coil 5 in the portion where the telephone comes into contact, so that the contents of the telephone call can be pink-amplified.

Of course, this telephone pink amplifier coil 5 is electrically connected to the tape recorder main body (not shown).

However, with such a configuration, a flat telephone holder is formed on the top surface of the tape recorder case and doubles as a telephone stand, and the phone can be placed simply by aligning it with the recess formed in the holder. Since the telephone big amplifier coil can be brought into contact with the telephone set, telephone recording can be easily performed without the need for complicated wiring as in the past, and the inconvenience of wires and tape recorders interfering with the operation of the telephone set can also be eliminated.
