    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 刃先にダイヤモンドを７０容量％以上含むダイヤモンド
    焼結体または高圧相窒化硼素を５５容量％以上含む高圧
    相窒化硼素焼結体と支持部材よりなる複合硬質焼結体を
    固着した微少工具において、工具本体と該複合硬質焼結
    体とが電子ビーム溶接により直接あるいはフィラーを介
    して接合されて−なることを特徴とする複合微少工具。
