[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an improved ventilation fan that prevents the surface of the decorative frame from being contaminated by oil dust, etc.

In ventilation fans, especially those used in kitchens, etc., the surface of the decorative frame that surrounds the ventilation blades that are rotated by a motor has traditionally been used to prevent oil stains from cooking, and especially smoke in the air. There is a problem in that they are contaminated by so-called oil dust, such as dust contained in them, and cleaning them is a major hassle.

Therefore, in recent years, it has been considered to cover the surface of the decorative frame with a removable synthetic resin film, for example. According to this method, the surface of the decorative frame is not soiled, only the film is stained, and the dirt is also covered with a removable synthetic resin film. Since the film can be removed all at once by peeling it off from the surface of the decorative frame, the effort of cleaning can be saved and it can be very convenient.
When peeling off the coating, there is no grip anywhere, so the coating has the disadvantage that it is really difficult to peel off. Also, in general, when trying to pry the sharp edges of the coating with your fingernails, your fingertips are difficult to remove. It's quite possible that you might get hurt.

本考案は上記の様な事情に鑑みてはされたものであり、

This invention was developed in view of the above circumstances,
Therefore, the object is to provide an extremely practical ventilation fan that allows the film covering the surface of the decorative frame to be easily peeled off without damaging the fingertips or the like.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, in FIG. 1, 1 is an outer frame, 2 is a motor mounting leg installed vertically inside the outer frame 1, and A motor 3 is attached to the mounting leg 2, and a ventilation blade 4 is attached to the rotary shaft of the motor 3 (as shown in the figure).

In addition, such a decorative frame 6 has a second bell mouth near the front edge of the bell mouth 7.
As shown in the figure, a stepped portion 8 is formed over almost the entire circumference, and a string 9 is applied to this stepped portion 8 from the front, so that the string 9 is attached to the stepped portion 8.
The ventilation blades 4 are arranged in an annular shape along the entire length of the ventilation blades 4.

Reference numeral 12 denotes a coating that covers the surface of the decorative frame 6, particularly the peripheral edge-band portion including the bell mouth 7 and the storage section 10, and is made of, for example, synthetic resin and is removable. Recess 1 at the lower center corresponding to section 10
In addition to forming through-holes 14 communicating with the holes 11 on both the left and right sides of the hole 3, holes 14 are formed in alignment with the stepped portions 8.
5, and one end 9 of the string 9 is inserted from each of the holes 15.
a and the other end 9b are each extended to a required length and protrude outward from the surface side of the coating 12.

In addition, reference numeral 16 denotes an oil sump container, and projections 17 projecting outward are formed on the left and right sides of the oil sump container 16, respectively. At the same time, the protrusions 17 are fitted into the holes 11 through the holes 14 respectively, and the coating 12 covering the surface of the decorative frame 6 is held down by the oil sump container 16 to prevent it from falling. ing.

Note that the oil sump container 16 has a coating 1 instead of the surface of the decorative frame 6.
When the oil dust adhering to 2 flows down along the coating 12, the receiver prevents the oil dust from flowing downward, and is removed occasionally to dispose of the accumulated oil dust.

Therefore, according to this embodiment configured as described above, one end 9a and the other end 9b of the string 9 are exposed by removing the oil sump container 16, and the one end 9a of the string 9 thus exposed is exposed.
By grasping one or both of the other end portions 9b and pulling them forward, the coating 12 can be peeled off very easily and certainly by the tensile force that spreads from this portion to the entire coating 12. Therefore, it is more convenient to remove adhered dirt such as oil dust, and the coating 12
There is no need to pry the sharp edges of the handle with your fingernails, so you can safely perform the work without injuring your fingertips or the like.

Particularly in this embodiment, when the oil sump container 16 is attached, one end 9a and the other end 9b of the string 9 are both positioned within the oil sump container 16. Therefore, it is possible to ensure a good appearance without unnatural exposure, and it is also expected to have the effect of correctly guiding the oil dust that has flowed down along the coating 12 into the oil sump container 16. Therefore, it can be made even more practical.

Furthermore, the string 9 is attached and integrated with the back surface of the coating 12 to form a part of the coating 1.
The cord 9 may be attached and detached together with the cord 9, and the cord 9 need not have both one end 9a and the other end 9b protruding as long as at least one of them protrudes.
