図、第４図は本考案の縦型気相成長装置に使用する石英
製覆板を示すものであって、第４図イは正面図、第４図
町ま断面した側面図である。 １・・・ステンレス製アウターペルジャー、２・・・石
英製インナーペルジャー、５・・・ステンレス製底板、
１１・・・石英製覆板。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステンレス製底板上に、石英製インナーペルジャーを内
    面に取付けたステンレス製アウターペルジャーを設置し
    てその内部に反応室を形成させる縦型気相成長装置にお
    いて、前記底板上を石英製覆板で着脱自在に覆ったこと
    を特徴とする縦型気相成長装置。
