Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｘ線検出ガスが満されているケースと、このケース内に
    慇けられる複数の信号電極及びコモン電極とを備え、ケ
    ース内に入射したＸ線エネルギー・　を各信号電極に流
    れる電流により検出するようにした多チャンネルのＸ線
    検出器において、各チャンネルごとに設けられ前記信号
    電極に流れる電流を電圧に変換するコンデンサと、この
    各コンデンサの電圧を選択的に選び出すマルチプレクサ
    と、 このマルチプレクサを駆動するデコード機能を有したド
    ライバとを備え、 少なくとも、前記各コンデンサとマルチプレクサとドラ
    イバとを前記ケース内に収容したことを特徴とするＸ線
    検出器。
