  1. 電弧に対して損傷度の小さい材料よりなる部材と導電性
    のある材料よりなる部材を接合してなる接触子において
    、上記導電性のある材料が、熱処理により析出硬化性を
    示す材料から形成されてなることを特徴とする接触子。
