本発明は呼出転送方式、さらに詳しく言えば、電話交換
機システムにおいて、着信呼出中の呼を呼出中状態のま

定の簡単な操作により呼出中状態のまま他の電話機に転
送することとを目的とし、例えば緊急の発信を可能とす

等で着信に応答せず発信したい場合、あるいは応答して
いる余裕がない等の場合、その電話機に対応して設けら
れた転送スイッチ6を押下すると、転送要求電話機検出
表示回路8、制御回路9が起動され転送要求電話機検出
表示回路8は起動入力端から転送要求加入者電話機を検
出表示し、・その情報が回路8から回路9に伝達される
。制御回路9では転送要求電話機の情報を翻訳回路10
に伝達し、該加入者5の属する転送グループTを判定し
、該グループ7内の他の加入者11の電話機を一定の論
理に従つてあるいは全く任意に選択せしめる。制御回路
9は翻訳回路10より転送先加入者11の電話機情報を
受信し、ネットワーク3を制御して、局線トランク2と
加入者11の電話機を結ぷ通話路バス12を接続すると
共に通話路バス4を解放する。これにより加入者5の電
話機は空状態に移行し発信が可能となる。一方加入者1
1は局線トランク2から通話路バス12を介して送出さ
れる呼出信号により呼出される。以上簡単なスイッチ操
作により加入者5への着信呼が呼出状態のまま加入者1
1への転送が実現される。第2図は本発明の他の実施例
の中継方式図であつて、加入者5への着信要求が同一局
内の加入者20からのものであり、通話路バス21、自
局内トランク22を介して接続されている点を除き、転
送動作は第1図の実施例と同様に実現される。第3図は
本発明を蓄積プログラム制御形の交換機に実施した異る
例の中継方式図である。局線40、局線トランク41を
介する加入者47への着信呼の際は、ネツトワーク42
の通話路パス43を介して呼出音トランク44と局線ト
ランク41が結ばれ、呼出音を局線40に送出する。一
方着側加入者47の電話機は通話路パス46を介して呼
出信号トランク45と結ばれ、加入者47が呼出される
。この時該加入者47が緊急の用事等で着信に応答せず
発信したい場合、あるいは応答している余裕がない等の
場合、その電話機に対応して設けられている転送スイツ
チ53を押下すると転送要求電話機検出表示回路48に
転送要求がある旨表示される。プロセツサ49はプログ
ラム処理により転送要求電話機検出表示回路48を走査
し、転送要求を検出すると、該転送要求電話機を識別し
、該電話機の加入者47の属する転送グループ50を判
定し、該グループ50内の他の加入者51の電話機を一
定の論理に従つて、あるいは全く任意に選択する。その
後ネツトワーク42を制御して呼出信号トランク45と
加入者51の電話機を結ぶ通話路パス52を接続すると
共に通話路パス46を解放する。これにより加入者47
の電話機は空状態に移行し発信が町能となる。一方加入
者51は呼出信号トランク45から送出される呼出信号
により呼出される。以上簡単なスイツチ操作により加入
者47への着信呼が呼出状態のまま加入者51への転送
が実現される。第4図は本発明のさらに異る実施例の中
継方式図であつて、加入者47への着信要求が同一局内
の加入者60からのものであり、呼出音が呼出音トラン
ク44から通話路パス61を介して送出されている点を
除き、転送動作は第3図の実施例と同様に実現される。
以上説明したように、着信呼出中であつても、簡単なス
イツチ操作により、あらかじめ定めた他の電話機に呼出
中状態のまま転送が町能であるから、緊急の用事等で着
信に応答せずに発信したい場合あるいは応答している余
裕がない等の場合に有効であり、電話サービスを向上し
