Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　極低温冷媒に浸たされる超電導コイルと、該超電導
    コイルを内部に収納し、真空状態を利用して断熱する真
    空断熱容器とを備え、前記超電導コイルへ外部より電気
    を供給するため前記真空断熱容器の壁を貫通して外部へ
    導れる導体から成り、該導体の周囲は所定空隙をもって
    外筒で覆われ、その空隙部に冷却媒体が流通されて冷却
    される超電導装置用パワーリードにおいて、前記導体の
    周囲にガイドを螺旋状に巻付け、前記冷却媒体の流通路
    を螺旋状に形成したことを特徴とする超電導装置用パワ
    ーリード。 ２　前記ガイドを絶縁物で構成し、このガイドの外周に
    、絶縁シートの上にワニス含浸テープを巻回して形成さ
    れる絶縁筒を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の超電導装置用パワーリード。
