Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the pollution of working environment by scattering of cooling water as well as to simplify the operation of supplying and discharging cooling water by a method in which an air cock for water drain is provided additionally to a cooling water supply cock and a cooling water return cock, and all of the cocks are switched by one-action operation. CONSTITUTION:When cooling molds 1, a handle 20 is turned toward the cooling side and locked by a handle stopper under the condition that a connecting bar 19 is in the state of full line. A water supply cock 15 and a return cock 16 are then opened to continuously supply water to the molds 1, and an air cock 13 for water drain and a water drain cock 14 are closed. When exchanging molds 1, the handle 20 is turned toward the water drain side and locked by the handle stopper, whereupon the water supply cock 15 and the return cock 16 are closed to stop the supply of water, the air cock 17 and the water drain cock 18 are opened to supply air into the molds 1, and cooling water in the molds 1 is discharged from the water drain pipe 14. Since switching operations can be made by one-action operation and the needs for detaching and attaching of couplers are eliminated, no scattering of cooling water toward the molding machine side occurs.

型冷却水の注水排水装置に関するもので、その目的とす
るところは冷却水の金型への注水と金型内の冷却水排水
とをワンタッチの操作で切り替えることができるように
して作業の簡素化を計らんとするにある。

りコック8のカプラを外しエアーホース4のカプラ4a
を冷却水注水コック2のカプラ2aに接続し、エアー切
り替えコック5を開にしてエアーの圧力で金型l内の冷
却水を金型l外へ排水するよう虻なっているがエアーホ
ースをつなぐ作業が面倒で時間がかかり、又ホース側カ
プラより金型l内の冷却水が成形機サイドに飛散し作業
環境が悪いという欠点があった。

のようにカプラの脱着、接続がないので冷却水が成形機
サイドに飛散することがなく作業環境の改善を計ること
ができる。
