Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１の冷凍サイクル回路と第２の冷凍サイクル回路を備
    え、上記第１の冷凍サイクル回路の蒸発器と第２の冷凍
    サイクル回路の凝縮器とを断熱材で囲繞して中間熱交換
    器を構成し、第２の冷凍サイクル回路の蒸発器で低温庫
    等を冷却哀るものにおいて、上記中間熱交換器と第１の
    冷凍サイクル回路の減圧装置との間およびこの圧縮機と
    の間に、それぞれ冷凍サイクル導伝の停止とともに閉成
    する開閉弁を設けたことを特徴とする超低温装置。
