Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 設定信号とプロセス信号を入力に受け、所定の演算を行
    なう演算回路と、手動電圧供給回路と、出力回路と、前
    記演算回路よりの信号と前記手動電圧供給回路よりの電
    圧を選択的に前記出力回路の入力に加える自動／手動切
    換手段とよりなる調節計において、 前記プロセス信号を監視し、異常があれば異常信号を出
    力する監視手段と、この監視手段よりの異常信号が所定
    時間継続すると、この状態を検出する手段と、プロセス
    を安全側で動作させる電圧が予じめ設定される電圧供給
    回路とを備え、前記監視手段が異常信号を出力してから
    以後前記所定時間が経過するまでに前記自動／手動切換
    手段を手動に切換えるとともに、前記検出手段出力で、
    前記電圧供給回路よりの設定電圧を前記出力回路の入力
    に加えることを特徴とする調節計。
