幅するための増幅フィルタ一部３と、この増幅フィルタ
一部の出力を入力するためのＡ／Ｄ変換部４と、ＡＩＤ
変要したデジタル信号を入力するための、冷接点温度補
償部５と、前記、冷接点温度計測部２における水晶温度
センサーからの温度対応信号を、前記冷接点温度補償部
５の出力を温度変換部を経て表示するための表示部とを
備え、前記冷接点温度補償部により冷接点補償演算を行
ない、温度変換部６を通して、表示部７により温度表示
