    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試験片を収納する試験槽と、該試験槽の両端部の相対向
    する壁を貫通し試験槽の央部で試験片をその端部間で挾
    持するようにした一対の負荷軸と、試験槽の側壁外周に
    配設され試験槽を加熱する加熱手段とよからなる試験装
    置において、前記試験槽が側壁に沿って配設された区画
    壁によって予熱室と試験室とに区画され、一端が雰囲気
    流体供給手段に他端が予熱室にそれぞれ開口する流体導
    入用連通手段、一端が予熱室に他端が試験室にそれぞれ
    開口する室間用連通手段および一端が試験室に他端が排
    気系へ連通する流体排出用連通手段とを備えたことを特
    徴とする試験装置。
