ラフである。 ５・・・狭窄部、６・・・シリカゲル層、９・・・充填
剤層。

  1. 細長いガラス管に通気孔を有する狭窄部を設けて前記ガ
    ラス管を二分し、その流入口側にシリカゲル粒子を充填
    し、流出口側に水分検知剤又はシリカゲルからなる充填
    剤を充填し、両端を密封してなる、シリカゲル管。
