Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は滅菌装置に使用する弁装置に関するのである。
従来、滅菌装置に於いて、高温短時間処理作業を行うに
際し、複雑な設備と、膨大な人手を要し、不便であった
。
本発明はかかる点に鑑みて、簡単な作業で、高温、且、
短時間による滅菌処理をなし得るようにしたのである。
本発明の実施の一例を図面について説明するに、滅菌機
本体１の入口２及び出口３に、食品薬品類を入れる容体
４の長手方向の長さの２倍よりやＮ長くしたパイプ５を
連通し、該パイプ５の先端６を開口せしむるとともに、
パイプ５の内面７に樹脂加工８を施して、容体４が内面
７になじみ易いように形成するとともに、該夫々のパイ
プ５を介して滅菌機本体１内を通り、該滅菌機本体１の
外周を一周して結ぶワイヤ９を設けたのである。
次に本発明の作用について説明するに、食品、薬品類を
封入せる容体４をワイヤ９に装着し、コンベヤ１０によ
り容体４をパイプ５の先端６まで送り、該先端６より容
体４をパイプ５内に挿入し、続いて次の容体４をパイプ
５内に挿入し、更に次の容体４をパイプ５内に挿入し、
第２番目の容体４が滅菌機本体１の入口２までくると、
第１番目の容体４が、滅菌機本体１内に送られ、そのと
きパイプ５内には常に２個の容体４を配置できるように
する。
滅菌機本体１の出口３に於いても、同様に１個の容体４
が確実にパイプ５の外へでたとき、該パイプ５内には常
時２個のパイプ５を配置して、滅菌機本体１内の高圧を
大気中に放出しないようにする。
要するに本発明は滅菌機本体１の入口２及び出口３に夫
々パイプ５を連通し、該パイプ５の内面７に樹脂加工８
を施すとともに、該パイプ５の長さを、複数の容体４が
常時パイプ５内に配置できるような長さにしたから、常
時複数の容体４をパイプ５内に密着した状態で連続的に
容体４を人出するので、滅菌機本体１内の高圧を大気中
に放出することなく、容体４の人出ができるので、高温
、且、短時間による滅菌処理をなし得る。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 滅菌機本体の入口及び出口に夫々パイプを連通し、
    該パイプの内面に樹脂加工を施すとともに、該パイプの
    長さを、複数の容体が常時パイプ内に配置できるような
    長さにしたととを特徴とする弁装置。
