When the waste is melted in this melting furnace, the material to be treated is heated above its melting point, so some of the metal in the material is evaporated (hereinafter referred to as volatilization).

Generally, the more harmful the metal is to the human body, the greater the tendency for it to volatilize, and therefore the dust collected by a dust collector needs to be treated. Conventionally, such collected dust ash has been disposed of by being packed into a drum, or solidified with asphalt or cement, and then dumped as is.

In addition, there are methods to solve this secondary pollution problem, such as containment with plastic or containment in smelting slag, but in order to perform these treatments, separate processing equipment is required in addition to the melting and solidification equipment. This required a huge amount of equipment cost and was not always satisfactory.

The results of testing the slag solidified in this way in accordance with the provisions of Environmental Agency Public Notice No. 13, which processes the slag into particles of a certain size, soaks them in water for a certain period of time, and tests the aqueous solution to determine whether or not it has leached out. The results shown in Attached Table 2 were obtained. As a result, we were able to obtain results that were below the criteria for hazardous substances and industrial waste, as stipulated in Prime Minister's Office Ordinance No. 5.

We provide waste melting and solidification processing equipment that can completely prevent secondary pollution without requiring special processing equipment to process collected dust ash, and does not require special equipment costs. There are many industrial advantages that can be achieved.
