波管回路との変換結合構成の要部を斜視図で示し、第２
図は具体的な従来の変換器の要部分解斜視図イと結合し
た側断面Ｎｐを、第３図は本考案の一実施例の要部斜視
図を示す。 図において、２はマイクロストリップアンテナ３を設け
たセラミック基板、ＭＩＣはマイクロ波集積回路、４は
金属ブ冶ツクからなる基板、６゜８は導波管、７は導波
管結合部、１０はスペーサ、１１は覆板、１２はショー
トブロック、１５゜１６は本考案による隔壁を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導波管中にＭＩＣからのマイクロストリップアンテナを
    突出させる央部を備える導波管結合部と、これに続（Ｍ
    ＩＣ収容部との間に、該央部を残して該結合部と該収容
    部を分離する隔壁を備える全屈ブロックが使用されてな
    ることを特徴とするＭＩＣと導波管回路との変換を行う
    変換器。
