３はモジュール冷却用管路、４は分岐管、５は相変化物
質である。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号
を付して示しである。

  1. 複数のアクティブモジュールを備えた電子走査、アンテ
    ナにおいて、上記複数のアクティブモジュールの外壁部
    に相変化物質を配してモジュール温度の変動をおさえる
    とともに個々のモジュール間の温度のバラツキを小さく
    保つように構成したことを特徴とする電子走査アンテナ
    。
