路と、該フリップフロップ回路をリセットするリセット
回路と、電源とアースとの間に挿入された時定数回路と
、該時定数回路に応じて急速に立上り、前記リセット回
路にリセ−、ット停止信号を印加するトランジスタと、
前記フリップフロップ回路をイニシャライズする為のイ
ニシャライズ回路とを設け、電源投入時において該イニ
シャライズ回路の出力信号が停止する以前に前記リセッ
ト停止信号が発生する様、前記トランジスタの導通タイ
ミングと前記イニシャライズ回路の出力信号発生タイミ
ングとを定めたことを特徴とするファンクション切換回
