２図はこの考案によるＰＩＮダイオードスイッチの接続
図であり、図中、１はＰＩＮダイオード、２は抵抗器、
３は高周波チョークコイル、４はコンデンサ、５は可変
容量ダイオード、６はバイアス端子、７，８は高周波信
号入出力端子である。
なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付し

もう一方の電極を高周波人、出力端子とし、かつ、円Ｎ
ダイオード列の一端を高周波チョークコイルと抵抗器の
直列接続を通して接地し、他の一端に高周波チョークコ
イルを接続し、それら抵抗器と高周波チョークコイルを
通してＰＩＮり゛イオードに流れるバイアス電流を変化
させることにより高周波抵抗を変化させるＰＩＮダイオ
ードスイッチにおいて、直列接続されている２個以上の
ＰＩＮダイオード相互間に可変容量ダイオードを接続し
、可変容量ダイオードの他方を接地したことを特徴とす
