Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）光学情報を読み取る光電変換装置において、その
    光電変換素子列の各素子がフォトダイオード或いはフォ
    トトランジスタであり、光’［換素子列の一方の端は選
    択的に駆動パルスがかかる端子とし、他方の端は共通電
    極としてオペアンプに入力して仮想接地し、光電変換素
    子の光電流或いは光起電圧をオペアンプの仮想接地を利
    用して読み出すことを特徴とする光電変換装置の読取り
    駆動回路。
  2. （２）前記光電変換素子にはアモーファスＳｉ：Ｈが用
    いられていることを特徴セする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載の読取り駆動回路。
