Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートスライド装置とリクライニングアジャスタ装置と
    を備える車両用シートにおいて、回動自在のシートバッ
    クアームのラチェットに噛合、開離するパウル操作レバ
    ーによって噛合位置と開離位置とに導かれるように構成
    されており、該操作レバーの下面に臨むシートクッショ
    ンアームの側面に、第１、第２の２位置間で変位しうる
    チェック−レバーが取り付けられており、該チェックレ
    バーは、第１の位置に在るとき前記操作レバーとの葆合
    を解かれ、該操作レバーの回動を自由とし、第２の位置
    に在るとき前記操作レバーをパウル開離位置に支持する
    よう組み付けられていると共に、シートスライド装置の
    ロアレール側には、チェックレバー位置変更手段が突設
    されており、該手段は、アッパレールの前進時に、前記
    チェックレバーとの衝接により該レバーを第１の位置か
    ら第２の位置に変位させごアッパーレールの後退時に、
    前記チェックレバーとの衝接により該レバーを第２の位
    置から第１の位置へ変位させうるよう、前記チェックレ
    バーの摺動軌跡内に配置されており、該手段とチェック
    レバーとの衝接位置は、車両用シートの最前段ロック位
    置より前方の位置とされていることを特徴とするシート
    バックのロック装置。
