Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 自転車のフレームに固定するヘッドパイプに、フロント
    ホークに固定するハンドルステムを回転可能に支持し、
    前記ハンドルステムにハンドルバーを支持したハンドル
    装置であって、前記ヘッドパイプの高さを、前記フレー
    ムの外径よりや＼太き目の高さとし、かつ、前記ヘッド
    パイプの外径を、該ヘッドパイプの標準外径より大径と
    する一方、前記ハンドルステムの頂部に、該ステム上方
    に装着する買物かごなどの被装着物の受面を形成したこ
    とを特徴とする自転車のハンドル装置。
