本発明は、一般式

(式中Meはアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属であ
り、R.R′およびnは後記の意義である)を有するカ
ルバミン酸塩を熱分解することにより、一般式または (式中nは2、3または4、RおよびR′は水素または
、置換または未置換の、飽和または不飽和のアルキル基
、アリール基、シクロアルキル基、アラルキル基または
アルカリール基である)を有する尿素誘導体を製造する

本発明の方法で使用される原料のカルバミン酸塩は同一
出願人に係る他の出願(特開昭51−82224号)に
記載された方法に従つて調製される。この方法によれば
、カルバミン酸塩は、相当するアミン(RR′NH)を
二酸化炭素および金属化合物(MeXn)と反応させる
ことにより調製される。本発明による熱分解は、温度1
50℃ないし400℃、常圧、好ましくは大気圧よりや
や低い圧力において次式に従つて進行する。
出願人に係る他の出願(特開昭51−82224号)に
記載された方法に従つて調製される。この方法によれば
、カルバミン酸塩は、相当するアミン(RR′NH)を
二酸化炭素および金属化合物(MeXn)と反応させる
ことにより調製される。本発明による熱分解は、温度1
50℃ないし400℃、常圧、好ましくは大気圧よりや
や低い圧力において次式に従つて進行する。
上記条件下で尿素は蒸留されまたは昇華する。
実施例 1パイプを具備する試験管にC6H5NH−C
OOLi2Oyを導入し、これを電気炉に入れ、圧力を
20m71LHg(絶体圧力)とした。

炉を300゜Cに加熱したところ、試験管の壁にビフエ
ニル尿素141が昇華析出し、残渣はLi2CO36V
であつた。

)を有する尿素誘導体の製法において、一般式RR′N
−COOMe または ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、Meはアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属で
あり、nおよびR、R′およびR″は前記と同意義であ
る)を有するカルバミン酸塩を熱分解することを特徴と
する、尿素誘導体の製法。
