Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被塗布体を保持する台座を備え、その台座の被塗布体受
    面に連通し、かつ下端にて開口した第１の排気路が形成
    され、回転山雀に保持された被塗布体保持部と、前記被
    塗布体保持部の下端に連結し、その連結時に前記第１の
    排気路に連通ずる第２の排気路が形成された連結部と、
    その連結部を回転駆動する駆動部と、塗布液を貯蔵する
    塗布液−タンクと、その塗布液タンク番予連通する塗布
    液供給用パイプと、前記塗布液供給用パイプが固定され
    たピストンによって大気室と減圧室５分けられたシリン
    ダーを含むパイプ移動部と、前詰第２の排気路と前記減
    圧室を減圧する減圧手段と、を有し、前記台座に被塗布
    体を載置し、かつ前記連結部を介して前記被塗布体保持
    部と前記駆動部とを連結し、前記第２の排気路と前記減
    圧室を減圧することによって、載置した被塗布体が前記
    台座に吸着されるとともに、前記塗布液供給用パイプの
    先端が所定の塗布位置に移動するようにした塗布装置。
