Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　茹槽及び冷却水槽間を循環して案内される二連の平
    行な無端チェーンと、この二連の無端チェーン間に架設
    された多数の多孔容器とを備えた茹麺の製造装置であっ
    て、前記多孔容器が、適宜長さの数食分以下の生麺を伸
    長させた状態で収容しうる如き長尺の容器に構成されて
    おり、且つ、該容器は、その長手方向が前記チェーン直
    交して取付けられていること、を特徴としてなる茹麺の
    製造装置。 ２　前記多孔容器の長手方向に直交する断面積が、１０
    ００ＴＩｒＩｎ２以下である、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載の茹麺の製造装置。　′３　前記多孔容器
    が、扁平である、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または
    第２項に記載の茹麺の製造装置。 ４　前記多孔容器内が、容器内を長さ方向に延びた１枚
    以上の仕切板で仕切られていて、容器内に長さ方向に沿
    った複数個の麺の収容室を有しているものである、実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の茹麺の製造装置。 ５　前記各収容室の、長手方向に直交する断面積が、い
    づれも１０００ＴｒｒＩｒＬ２以下である、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第４項に記載の茹麺の製造装置。
