    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子ビームによってハースにおける蒸着材料を溶解し蒸
    発させるようにした電子ビーム形の蒸着装置において、
    ハース本体内でハースの底部近傍に冷却水のオーバーフ
    ロー面を有するオーバーフ゛ロ一式冷却水循環系と、ハ
    ースの底部位置の温度に応じて冷却水循環量を制御する
    制御手段とを設けたことを特徴とする電子ビーム形蒸着
    装置。
