    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ２つの増幅回路を含み前記２つの増幅回路を合成して出
    力する増幅器であって、前記２つの増幅回路が増幅器の
    中心に対して対称に配置され、増幅器の中心に配置され
    前記２つの増幅回路の出力を合成する合成器と、前記２
    つの増幅器と前記合成器を結ぶ長さが使用信号波長の１
    ハの長さを有する分布定数線路とを具備することを特徴
    とする増幅器。
