極、高分子圧電膜）を折り曲げて用いる例を示す図。 １・・・Ｃｕ電極、２・・・Ａ１電極、４・・・高分子
圧電膜、６・・・Ａｇペースト。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基体上に電極および高分子圧電体がこの順序に交互に複
    数積層されてなる電気変換素子において、上記各電極間
    に介在する上記高分子圧電体は、フッ化ビニリデンと三
    フッ化エチレンからなる共重合体を直接塗布することに
    より形成された薄膜であることを特徴とする多層積層型
    電気変換素子。
