    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 筒状リテーナの底部閉塞用シートの下面に被エツチング
    物を保持させ、これをエツチング液中に浸すエツチング
    用治具において、筒状リテーナを保持させる治具本体に
    、筒状リテーナを傾斜姿勢に支持する保持具と、筒状リ
    テーナ内に上方から挿入し、シートを支えてその変形を
    阻止する抑え板とを備えたことを特徴とするエツチング
    用治具。
