    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電気サーボモータにより回転駆動されるウオームと、こ
    のウオームに噛合されたウオームホイルと、このウオー
    ムホイルの回転動を伝達する出力軸と、この出力軸に設
    けられこれに正逆方向の回転トルクを外部から付加する
    トルク発生装置とからなるサーボアクチュエータにおい
    て、上記トルク発生装置を流体圧ストロークシリンダと
    、これにより直線運動するラックと、このラックと噛合
    するとともに上記流体圧ストロークシリンダよりの直線
    運動出力を回転運動出力に変換するピニオンとから構成
    したことを特徴とするサーボアクチ
