    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アルミナ基板上に印刷および焼成して形成された所定の
    パターンを有する導体と、この導体および上記アルミナ
    基板上に印刷して乾燥した後に焼成された下部抵抗体と
    、この下部抵抗体上にこれとはシート抵抗値を異にして
    印刷および乾燥した後、上記下部抵抗と同上に焼成する
    ことにより形成されかつ下部抵抗体とともにそれとの合
    成抵抗値を有する厚膜印刷抵抗体を得る上部抵抗体とに
    よりなる混成集積回路。
