Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）基本波振動発振子として水晶振動子を用い、電圧
    変化を周波数変化に変換するために可変容量ダイオード
    を用いた電圧制御発振器において、電源供給端子と前記
    可変容量ダイオードとの間に、ツェナーダイオードを主
    体とする温度補償回路を挿入してなることを特徴とする
    電圧制御発振器。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載において、温
    度補償回路はツェナーダイオードと抵抗とを組合せ〃補
    償特性の異なる複数の回路からなり、水晶振動子の温度
    特性に対応して前記複数の回路を選択的に接続するよう
    にした電圧制御発振器。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載において、温
    度補償回路を構成する複数の回路は、電源供給端子と接
    地間に、抵抗とツェナーダイオードの順に接続した直列
    回路と、ツェナーダイオードと抵抗の順に接続した直列
    回路とからなり、これらの直列回路を互いに並列に接続
    し、これらの直列回路のそれぞれの中点と可変容量素子
    との間に選択的に前記可変容量素子に接続する切換スイ
    ッチを介在してなる電圧制御発振器。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項または第３項記載
    において、切換スイッチと可変容量素子との間に直流増
    幅器を介在してなる電圧制御発振器。
