When punched out, most of the strip material becomes scrap, making it impossible to utilize the material effectively, and since it is attached to the top surface of the magnetic pole, there is a drawback in impact resistance.

This invention provides a novel AC electromagnet in which a secondary coil is formed of a welded metal layer.

The core bundles 101, 102, and 102a are all made of laminated cores punched into the same shape, and the core bundles 102 and 102a are laminated with the same number of cores. Iron core bundle 101,
102, 102a, as shown in FIG. 3a, trapezoidal grooves 51, 51a are provided in the central leg 5 symmetrically about the central axis. Iron core bundles 101, 102, 1 magnetically separated and arranged in parallel
In addition to forming non-magnetic intermediate layers 103 and 103a with a welded metal layer such as aluminum in each gap of 02a,
A secondary coil C2 is formed with the same welded metal layer in grooves 51 and 51a provided in the central leg 5 of each core bundle. The secondary coil C2 having the above configuration can be obtained, for example, by the manufacturing method shown in FIG. 4.

A is provided at the yokes 9 and 9a, and a secondary coil G is formed at the bottom of the center leg, and FIG.
The non-magnetic intermediate layers 103, 103a prepared in advance with the above-mentioned non-magnetic intermediate layers 103, 103a and the iron core bundles 101, 102, 102a shown in FIG. Since the secondary coil is formed in the cutout portion 52 by inserting the secondary coil into the notch portion 52, there is no need to provide gaps between all the core bundles as in the above embodiment.

If they are integrated, a gap (notch) will exist, and the secondary coil can be easily formed by pouring molten metal only into this gap. Further, in the above embodiment, the secondary coil C2 surrounds the central leg 5 of the fixed iron core 1, but it may also surround the right leg 7, the left leg 7a, or the yoke 9, 9a, depending on the case. Therefore, it can be provided on the movable iron core 2 side.

できる。Furthermore, as other embodiments, the fixed core and the movable core can be implemented in various shapes; for example, a U-shaped core can also provide the same effect. As described above, according to the present invention, at least 3
In an AC electromagnet comprising a fixed core, a movable core, and an excitation coil L arranged surrounding the fixed core, a gap is formed between each of the core bundles, and at least the center core Since a groove is formed in the bundle spatially continuous with the gap, and a secondary coil is formed from a welded metal layer filled in the groove and the gap, the short-circuit ring punched from the strip material is used. Compared to conventional AC electromagnets, which are assembled with a fixed iron core and assembled as a secondary coil, the secondary coil can be easily formed and materials can be used more effectively. Furthermore, unlike conventional AC electromagnets, there is no need to attach a shorting ring to the magnetic pole head surface, so the structure can be designed with impact resistance in mind. An inexpensive AC electromagnet can be obtained.
