Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試験すべき複数個のツェナーダイオードのそれぞれを共
    通の試験用直流電源線に接続し、上記ツェナーダイオー
    ドと並列に、発光ダイオードとスイッチの直列回路を接
    続し、上記各ツェナーダイオードの非コモン端子を入力
    するデジタル論理回路を設け、その論理回路のすべての
    入力がＨレベルのときのみ作動しその作動時間を記録す
    るタイマーを設け、直流電源装置と上記試験用直流電源
    線の間に上記タイマーの作動中のみオンになるタイマー
    接点を直列接続し、そのタイマー接点と並列に手動スイ
    ッチを接続するとともにその手動スイッチに上記発光ダ
    イオードと直列のスイッチを連動させたことを特徴とす
    る、ツェナーダイオードのバーンイン試験装置。
