気回路中の電圧又は電流波形を示す図、第６図は本考案
の第２の実施例を示す電気回路図である。 図面中、１は電気毛布本体、２は加熱感知発熱線、２ｂ
は発熱線（負荷）、３は感熱体、６はサイリスク（制御
整流素子）、１５は分圧回路、１６は直流電源回路、２
３は同期回路、３２は温度検出回路、３９はゲート回路
、４１は第１の基準電圧発生回路、４６はオペアップ、
４９は第２基準電圧発生回路、５１はオペアンプ、５４
はトランジスタ（コンデンサ放電制御素子）、５６は抵
抗（充電電流制御素子）、５７はダイオード（定電圧素
子）、５８はコンデンサ、５９は漏れ電流バイパス用の
抵抗、６０は充電電源、６６は定電圧ダイオード（定電
圧素子）、６７は充電電源である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　ヒータ等の負荷を交流電源に同期した制御信号によ
    り制御される制御整流素子で通断電制御するものにおい
    て、前記制御整流素子のゲート・カソード間に挿入され
    る漏れ電流バイパス用の抵抗と、前記制御整流素子のゲ
    ートに接続されるトリガー用のコンデンサと、このコン
    デンサの充電電流を設定する充電電流制御素子と、前記
    抵抗及び充電電流制御素子を介して前記コンデンサを充
    電する充電電源と、前記制御信号に応じて前記コンデン
    サを放電させ前記制御整流素子をトリガーするコンデン
    サ放電制御素子とを具備してなり、前記充電電源の電圧
    を前記制御整流素子のゲート・カソード間逆耐電圧以下
    に設定したことを特徴とする負荷の通断電制御装置。 ２　充電電源は、制御信号を生成する制御回路の直流電
    源を分圧して構成することを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の負荷の通断電制御装置。 ３　制御信号を生成する制御回路の直流電源間に、漏れ
    電流バイパス用抵抗、トリガー用のコンデンサ、充電電
    流制御素子及び定電圧素子を直列に接続し、前記コンデ
    ンサに充電するための充電電源を構成することを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１に記載の負荷の通断電
    制御装置。
