It has characteristics.

However, there was a drawback that it was difficult for the hot air to circulate in the center, making it difficult to brown.
そこで本発明は上記欠点を改善するもので、以下図面に
もとづいて説明する。Therefore, the present invention aims to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and will be explained below based on the drawings.

By doing so, the following effects are produced.

The ambient temperature of the area rises more than the surrounding heat, so the object to be heated is cooked by the heat above and below, and the velocity of the hot air hitting the object is low, so there is no drying by the hot air.
(2)下段の受皿での調理を見ると受皿の底面からの熱

While being cooked, the wind velocity is maximum at the place farthest from the object to be heated on the lower stage, and the hot air is weaker at the point where it hits the object to be heated, so that drying of the object to be heated can be minimized.
