However, when the overcoated laminate 5 is used outdoors, compared to a laminate without an overcoat, the surface becomes cloudy due to blooming, the laminate sheet becomes black, and the original purpose of the decorative effect is not achieved. Due to this, the overcoated laminates are rarely used outdoors.

In addition, the inventors of the present invention have conducted various studies on why overcoated laminates turn black, and have found that the cause arises from various additives contained in the polyvinyl chloride sheet coated on the base material. Volatile substances or decomposition products of polyvinyl chloride resin and additives are contained in the protective film and do not dissipate to the outside, so heat, light, or the interaction of the two accelerates the deterioration of the sheet. The present invention was developed based on the knowledge that the color can be decolored within 0 minutes, and the gist of the invention is to: The invention further consists in a method of improving the weather resistance of a laminate by laminating a thin film made of polyvinyl chloride containing ~10 parts by weight of a tin malate stabilizer. As described above, the present invention further laminates a thin film containing a tin malate stabilizer on the polyvinyl chloride sheet of the laminate, so that the thin film protects the surface of the polyvinyl chloride sheet 90 from damage and wear. The tin malate stabilizer contained therein captures the volatile substances, decomposition products, etc. generated from the sheet, thereby preventing deterioration of the sheet and blackening due to decomposition.

A polyvinyl chloride sheet (hereinafter referred to as PV
C sheet) is made by blending polyvinyl chloride resin with plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, colorants, and other additives such as antistatic agents and UV inhibitors as necessary, and then extrusion molding or calendar molding. However, this is suitably decorated with printing, and usually has a wall thickness of about 150 to 500 μm. In addition, the thin film-like protective film (hereinafter simply referred to as a thin film) made of polyvinyl chloride resin formed on the PVC sheet surface is
Usually, it is important that the PVC sheet surface is transparent so that the surface of the PVC sheet can be seen through, and that the stabilizer used is a tin malate stabilizer.

That is, examples of the tin maleate stabilizers include monobutyltin trimethyl maleate, monobutyltin trioctyl maleate, dibutyltin laurate methyl maleate, dibutyltin oleyl maleate, dibutyltin dimethyl maleate, dibutyltin maleate, dibutyltin methoxymethyl maleate, and dibutyltin oleyl maleate. dibutyltin dioctyl maleate, tribenzyltin octyl maleate, tribenzyltin trimethyl maleate, etc. are used. The amount of these added must be 1 to 10 parts per 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride (hereinafter simply referred to as parts), and if it is below this range and less than 1 part, the effect of improving weather resistance will be reduced. does not appear, and if the number exceeds the above range, blooming will occur, which is undesirable. The thickness of the thin film containing the tin malate stabilizer is preferably about 5 to 00 μm, taking into account blooming, protective function, cost, etc. However, in the present invention, a base material and a PVC sheet are laminated in advance by a press or roll bonding method, and then a thin film is laminated onto the PVC sheet.
It may be laminated on a sheet, or conversely, a thin film may be laminated on a PVC sheet in advance and then the base material may be laminated on the PVC sheet side, or the three may be laminated at the same time.

In addition, the above-mentioned thin film is a PV film that has been formed into a film shape in advance.
It can also be formed by heat-sealing or casting on the C sheet. If a thin film containing a tin-malate stabilizer is formed as described above, the above-mentioned volatile substances and decomposition products generated from the PVC sheet will be captured by the tin-malate stabilizer in the thin film in contact with the thin film. Therefore, the laminate does not undergo decomposition and coloring due to light or heat, and thus can maintain good appearance and physical properties of the laminate over a long period of time. That is, according to the present invention, for the purpose of rust prevention, antifouling, or decoration of the base material, the surface of the PVC sheet formed on the base material is damaged,
It protects the laminate from abrasion, significantly improves the weather resistance of the laminate, and prevents deterioration and blackening of the PVC sheet. Examples will be further described below, but the present invention is of course not limited thereto.

Next, Blends Black 1 to 1 were obtained using various stabilizers of Blend B shown in Table 1 below, and each of the blends was extruded to a size of 50 μm.
A protective film was formed by heat-sealing each film to the printed surface of the PVC sheet. Afterwards, P.
A 1 mm thick steel plate was laminated on the back side (non-printed side) of the VC sheet.

Table 2 shows test results when a sample on which a protective film of the above composition was formed was irradiated with a Standard Sunshine Weather Meter manufactured by Toyo Rika Kogyo Co., Ltd. and when it was heated in an oven. As shown in Table 2, samples 1~ with a protective film containing a tin-malate stabilizer have excellent weather resistance and heat resistance and do not cause blackening, but they do not contain transparent compounds other than tin-malate stabilizers. All of the samples ~ with a protective film containing a stabilizer used in the above were blackened.
