Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）排気中に含まれる微粒子を捕集するトラップと、
    該トラップの上流に設けた排気加熱用バーナと、該バー
    ナに供給する燃料量を制御する燃料供給電磁弁と、バー
    ナ作動による着火燃焼を検知するバーナ作動検知装置と
    、バーナへの燃料供給を遮断する常開の燃料遮断電磁弁
    と、前記燃料供給電磁弁及びバーナの作動を行うと共に
    バーナ作動検知装置のバーナ不作動検知信号を受けて燃
    料遮断電磁弁を閉弁作動する信号を出力する制御装置と
    、を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気微粒子処理
    装置。
  2. （２）バーナ作動検知装置がバーナ下流の炎生成部にイ
    オンギャップ測定用の相互に対峙した電極を設けてなる
    炎検出装置である実用新案登録語゛求の範囲第１項に記
    載の内燃機関の排気微粒子処理装置。
