Claims (1)
に、該テーブルT上で位置決め装置りにより前後方向及
び左右方向に位置決するための位置決め部2と、固定装
置Fにより該テーブルTに固定するための被固定部3と
、この台盤1にワークWを固定するためのワーク固定面
4とを設け、このワーク固定面4には、ワークWをX軸
方向の所定の位置に受止めるX軸基準枠5と、ワークW
をY軸方向の所定の位置に受止めるY軸基準枠6とを固
定し、ワーク固定面4にX軸方向に走るX軸通T字溝7
とY軸方向に走るY軸通T字溝8とを凹設し、ワーク固
定面4上に載置したX軸りランプ9をX軸係止具10を
介してX軸通T字溝7にX軸方向に摺動可能に係合させ
るとともに、該X軸係止具10を緊締することによりX
軸りランプ9をワーク固定面4に固定可能に構成し、ワ
ーク固定面4上に載置したY軸りランプ11をY軸係止
具12を介してY軸通T字溝8にY軸方向に摺動可能に
係合させるとともに、該Y軸係止具12を緊締すること
によりY軸りランプ11をワーク固定面4に固定可能に
構成し、ワークWをX軸・Y軸面基準枠5・6に接当さ
せてX軸方向及びY軸方向に位置合せした状態でワーク
WをX軸・Y軸面クランプ9・11でワーク固定盤1に
固定するように構成したことを特徴とする、自動工作機
