    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）原稿光像を光学系にて受光素子に導き読取らを行
    う画像読取り装置において、 光学系を保持し、光学系光軸を中心とする円に一致する
    曲面を具備する凹部を設けたキャリッジと、 キャリッジ凹部に嵌合し、その曲面と摺動可能な外周部
    を具備するスペーサ部材と 前記スペーサ部材上に取付けた受光素子とを有すること
    を特徴とする画像読取り装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の考案におい
    て、スペーサ部材は、受光素子のピント位置設定を規定
    する基準となるキャリッジとの突当て部分を具備するこ
    とを特徴とする画像読取り装置。
