    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定流体の成分を測定するプロセスガスクロマトグラ
    フと、このプロセスガスクロマトグラフからの成分信号
    及びサンプル信号を受け、順次成分信号をサンプリング
    し、その値が所定範囲内に存在し、かつ直前の値との変
    化幅が所定範囲内であるサンプル値を使用して成分信号
    の移動平均値を求める信号処理部と、この信号処理部か
    らの出力信号を設定値と比較し偏差が生じた場合に、サ
    ンプルＰＩ制御により修正制御出力を計算するサンプル
    ＰＩ制御演算部とを具備した成分制御装置。
