Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は磁石式耳部りの吸着力を増加させ確実な吸着を
行なう耳飾りに関するもの。
磁石式耳部りはネジ止め式や耳朶に穿孔する方式に比べ
、昇圧を余り感じない、デザインがシンプルであり、耳
に傷をつけない利点を有するが、脱衣時など耳から外れ
て紛失する場合が生じている。
上記を改善するものとして、磁石吸引力を増加する方法
と粘着テープを兼用する方法と、粘着テープを兼用する
方法があるが、前者は昇圧が増大し異和感を生じ好まし
くないし、また後者は粘着テープを交換する煩雑さがあ
るなどの問題点があった。
本考案は上記問題点を解決すると同時に、紛失防止する
ための昇圧をあまり増加することなく、簡単に吸着を確
実化する耳飾りを提供するものである。
本考案の実施例を図面によって説明すると、第１図は断
面図であり、第２図は耳朶への装着状態を示すもので、
１は装飾部であり、２は永久磁石で特に希土類コバルト
磁石が望ましい。
３は永久磁石２と装飾部１の止め金具であり４は中空部
６および中空孔５を有する可撓性の吸着盤である。
吸着盤４は永久磁石２の耳朶１０に接触する面側に接着
その他既知の手段で取付けてあり、耳朶１０に装着する
際に当りを柔らげるものである。
また８も吸着盤であるが中空部を要せず吸着凹部９を有
し、かつ吸着効果を高めるに可撓性材の合成ゴム、樹脂
等により成るものである。
以上の構成において、耳朶１０に装着させるに吸着部材
８の凹部９を耳朶１０の裏側に当て、次に装飾部側の吸
着盤４を裏側と中心を合わせ耳朶１０に軽く押して中空
部６の空気を中空孔５から、また吸着盤４，８との間の
空気を逃がすことにより、所謂吸着状態とするので極め
て安定に保持される。
また吸着盤４，８は可撓性材料からなるため、装着時に
は変形し空気を出して耳朶に密接して所謂吸着性状態を
現出し、大なる抵抗力を有する。
従って両部材を単に磁気吸引力によって耳朶に保持せし
めた従来技術とは異なり、本考案の磁気装飾具は極めて
実用度の高いものである。
本考案では耳朶のいづれか一方に中空部の吸着盤を用い
たが両側にも設けることにより得られ、また該吸着盤の
大きさを装飾部と同等若しくはそれ以下としても良いこ
とは勿論である。
以上記述した如く、本考案の耳飾りは脱落することがな
いため、従来この種のイヤリングの装飾体として使用す
ることが不可能であった高価な宝石等を用いることが可
能となり、装飾品として優れた効果を有するものである
。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁石と装飾部よりなる耳飾り本体と該耳飾り本体を相互
    に吸着する如く構成された対向磁石を有する耳飾りにお
    いて、いづれか一方の磁石に中空部と中空孔を有する吸
    着盤を固定し、該吸着盤の負圧による吸引力と磁気吸引
    力を併用して耳朶に確実に固定させることを特徴とする
    耳飾り。
