  1. 複数のバッテリセルが接続されるバッテリと、前記各バ
    ンチリセルの端子間に接続されたフユーズ、負荷抵抗及
    びＦＥＴトランジスタよりなる放電回路と、前記ＦＥＴ
    ）ランリスタのベースが接続されたバイアス回路と、こ
    のバイアス回路への電圧供給をオン、オフするリレーと
    を具備することを特徴とするバッテリ・コンデショニン
    グ回路。
