  1. ターボチャージャのコンプレッサをバイパスするバイパ
    ス吸気通路と、前記バイパス吸気通路を開閉する吸気制
    御弁と、内燃機関の回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と
    、内燃機関の暖機度を検出する暖機度検出手段と、前記
    暖機度検出手段により検出された暖機度に応じて定めら
    れ暖機度の増大に応じて増大する回転数より前記回転数
    検出手段により検出された回転数が小さい時のみ前記吸
    気制御弁を開弁させる制御手段とを有しているターボチ
    ャージャ付内燃機関の吸気制御装置。
