字形断面の要素部分、３：平面形状の要素部分、４：み
ぞ部、５：端部、６：平面形状の要素部分、７：小突起
部分、８：平面形状の要素部分、９：みそ部、１０：端
部、１１：平面形状の要素部分、１２：小突起部分。図
中、同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一方が″コ″の字形の断面形状を有する要素部分、他方
    が上記コ″の字形断面の開口部の先端を受容する小さい
    突起又はくぼみを有するはＳ゛平面形状め要素部分であ
    る面要素部分からなり、これら一対の組立要素部分を作
    用空間断面が、長方形となるよう密着的に組合わせ、″
    コ″の字形断面の開口部の先端部分に沿ってろう付けを
    行なうことにより、面要素を結合してなることを特徴と
    する導波管。
