Claims (1)
- 洗浄工程において洗浄されるガラス基板等の板材が直立
して移送される移送通路の上下に、板材の上端縁部及び
下端縁部を案内する案内溝を有するローラを移送方向に
所定間隔をおいて配置すると共に、移送通路に沿って移
動するチェーン等の移動部材を設置し、その移動部材に
板材に係止して板材を移動さゼる係止具を取付けたこと
を特徴とする洗浄工程における板材移送装置。
