    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 転炉の上方に配置されたフードの下端部に、炉口部を囲
    繞するスカート部が昇降自在に取付けられ、そのスカー
    ト部を炉口部に接近配置して吹錬中に転炉内から発生ず
    る排ガスを前記スカート部およびフードを介してガスホ
    ルダーに導くようにした転炉において、下端部にシール
    材を設けた円筒状シール板を前記スカート部の外周面に
    取付け、かつ上端部が前記シール材に密着する円筒状の
    第２のシール板を転炉肩部に立設したことを特徴とする
    転炉炉口部のガスシール装置。
