Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、紙、径木、合成樹脂薄板、金属薄板等の単独
又は、これらの組合せからなる簡易容器の内面に、水溶
性製剤を附着せしめ、使用時水又は温湯を注入すること
により、所要の水溶液を調製する容器に関するものであ
る。
従来、種々の水溶性製剤を一定の濃度に希釈する場合は
、その製剤の一定量を計量するか、或は、あらかじめ計
量された適量を、金属、陶磁器、硝子、合成樹脂製の容
器に水又は温湯を注入し、これらの製剤を均一に溶解せ
しめ、所要の水溶液を調製しているが、この方法は現在
も何等改良されることなく広く用いられている方法であ
る。
前記の金属、陶磁器、硝子、合成樹脂製の容器は、何れ
も嵩ばり、又、陶磁器、硝子、一部の合成樹脂製では破
損しやすく、更に、金属製を含めて重いため、持運びに
難があり、外出時、旅行等には多くの不便が伴い、その
上、これ等の容器で水溶液を調整する際は、別に水溶性
製剤を用意しなければならない等の欠点があった。
本発明は、これ等の欠点を悉く除去し、軽量で、嵩ばら
ず、しかも水溶性製剤の適量が、容器内面に附着内臓さ
れているため、計量の必要がなく、均一した濃度の水溶
液を得ることができ容器と一体化しているため、製剤と
容器が離れることなく、更に内面に附着されているため
、経時的な劣化損傷もなく、材質によっては使い捨ても
可能で、清潔にして安価な製品を提供するものである。
本発明を図面によって説明すれは、第１図は組立式容器
の一例を示したもので、１は容器本体、２はヒートシー
ル又は接着個所で、３は水溶性製剤である。
第２図、第３図は、紙器等の実施態様を示すもので、第
２図は縦断面図、第３図は第２図の斜視図で１は容器本
体、３は水溶性製剤である。
次に本発明で使用する容器の材質としては、紙、径木、
合成樹脂薄板、金属薄板等任意であるが、防水性、防湿
性を高めるため紙と合成樹脂や、アルミ箔の如き金属薄
板とのラミネート加工紙でもよく、あらかじめ撥水加工
をした紙質を使用することもできる。
又、容器の形状としては、二方或いは三方をヒートシー
ル、又は接着剤で接着したもので、使用時に膨らませて
容器の形状とするものや、紙コップ式の如き当初より容
器の形状となったもの、壁付き紙器も利用できる。
又、前記容器には、一定量の計量目盛を施せば、更に便
利である。
次に水溶性製剤の薬剤の種類として、まづ医療品では、
咽喉、口腔の消毒、扁桃腺炎の治療などの含嗽剤として
は、ホウ酸、塩素酸カリウム、硫酸アルミニウムカリウ
ム（明ばん）、タンニン酸、ホウ砂、炭酸水素ナトリウ
ム等、咽喉、口腔の洗浄治療を目的とした薬剤なら任意
のものを使用することができる。
この他、農業薬剤では、ダイアジノン水和剤、フェニト
ロチオン水和剤等の殺虫剤、マンネブ水和剤、水和いお
う等の殺菌剤、家庭用薬剤では、衛生害虫、不快害虫、
木材害虫駆除用の殺虫剤、更に肥料や植物活性剤にも応
用できる。
上記の他、食品の種類としては粉末酒、コーヒー、茶等
の嗜好品、粉末スープ、果汁、粉末味噌汁、汁粉、又は
栄養剤を混入した健康食品にも応用できる。
これらの水溶性製剤は、何れも水又は温湯を注入するこ
とにより、溶解又は懸濁するものであれば上記に限定さ
れるものでないことは勿論である。
又、経時安定性を増加させるためサイクロデキストリン
との包接化合物も応用できる。
次に上記水溶性製剤の結合剤としては、デンプン糊、ゼ
ラチン、アラビアゴム、カルボキシチメセルローズ、ブ
ドウ糖、白糖等の単剤又は混合剤を、上記の水溶性製剤
と混ぜ合せ、前期記組立式容器又は紙容等の内面に適当
量を塗布、浸漬、凝着等の方法で附着させるものである
。
上記の如く構成された本容器は、特に最近都市部におけ
る工場煤煙や自動車の排出ガス、室内、車内での煙草の
煙等公害予防や、演説前後の声がれ、或いは、冬期での
流行性感昌の予防や治療時における咽喉、口腔の含嗽剤
としての利用価値が高く、家庭では、病害虫の防除や肥
料の散布には、計量する際に薬剤や原液が手に附着する
ことなく、安全性の上から効果も高く、計量の手間も省
くことができる。
又、嗜好品や食品では、旅行やハイキング等のレジャー
用品としても格好のもので、利用価値の高い笄の作用効
果かある。
以上、本発明は、簡便性、携帯性、経済性、生産性、耐
薬品性、安全性、省力化等利用度が高く、種々の特性を
具備した時代は要求する画期的な発明である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　組立式容器を基材とし、その内面に水溶性製剤
    を附着内臓せしめたる簡易組立式容器。
  2. （２）　紙器等を基材とし、その内面の側面、又は底面
    、或いはその全面に水溶性製剤を附着内臓せしめたる簡
    易容器。
