    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）荒引き用排気ポンプにメカニカルブースタを設け
    てなる真空排気装置において、上記メカニカルブースタ
    に前記荒引き用排気ポンプの負荷に応じて回転数が変化
    する駆動源を用いることを特徴とするメカニカルブース
    タを用いた真空排気装置。
  2. （２）上記駆動源は整流子モータを用いることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のメカニカルブ
    ースタを用いた真空排気装置。
  3. （３）上記駆動源はトルクコンバータを用いることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記
    載のメカニカルブースタを用いた真空排気装置。
